Netizen Shares: Pushing Techniques to Regulate the Triple Burner and Treat Various Ailments
【上焦1】可以调理:面颊、口腔、肠道问题、降火、喉咙、流鼻血、无力,温阳等;
【上焦2】可以调理:心、肺、颈椎、胸、咳嗽、心慌气短等;

Editor: People often ask me, "What should I do if my Sanjiao is blocked?" I usually answer that they should massage along the Sanjiao meridian and focus on the painful areas. In fact, the question itself is flawed; the Sanjiao refers to the Upper, Middle, and Lower Jiao of the body, and it is impossible for all three to be blocked simultaneously. Therefore, I can only interpret this as the Sanjiao meridian being blocked. Of course, clearing the Sanjiao meridian can also treat illnesses of the Sanjiao, but it only addresses the narrow definition of Sanjiao ailments mentioned below. What is the narrow definition of Sanjiao?Upper Jiao: The area above the diaphragm, including the heart and lungs.Middle Jiao: The area from the diaphragm down to the navel, including the liver, gallbladder, spleen, and stomach.Lower Jiao: The area from the navel down to the perineum, including the small intestine, large intestine, kidneys, bladder, etc.As shown in the image below:
The broad definition of Sanjiao actually encompasses the entire body. Based on the narrow definition, the Upper Jiao includes the head, face, and upper limbs; the Middle Jiao remains the same; and the Lower Jiao includes the lower limbs.Today, we are sharing a method for regulating the broad Sanjiao, which involves pushing or pressing the holographic Sanjiao zones on the hands to regulate systemic diseases. This method was shared by Mr. Shanshui, a cousin of Teacher Xuan Bin. The images, text, and videos below were all provided by Mr. Shanshui—
In the theory of TCM holography, a "micro-universe" of the human body is hidden within a small space. It is a concrete manifestation of the wisdom from the *Huangdi Neijing*: "What is inside must be manifested on the outside." The areas on the hand marked by the red boxes—Upper, Middle, and Lower Jiao—correspond to the entire hub of human life activities, from the heart and lungs to the spleen and stomach, and down to the liver and kidneys. This chart is not only a "hand diagnosis guide" but also a "portable health monitor and regulator" that anyone can use at any time. The Sanjiao holographic system is powerful and addresses many diseases; one system can handle it all, saving time and effort.
With just two movements—"flat pushing along the finger gaps" and "Yin-Yang mutual pressing"—you can clear Sanjiao blockages one by one.
For flat pushing: on the back of the hand, push from the fingers toward the wrist; on the palm, push from the wrist toward the fingers. The key is to find and push on the painful points.
[Upper Jiao 1] can help regulate: cheek, oral, and intestinal issues, reducing internal heat, throat problems, nosebleeds, fatigue, and warming Yang.
[Upper Jiao 2] can help regulate: heart, lungs, cervical spine, chest, cough, palpitations, and shortness of breath.
[Middle Jiao] can help regulate: spleen, stomach (stomach pain, blockage, bloating, acid reflux), liver and gallbladder pain (including cholecystitis), vomiting, etc.
[Lower Jiao 1] can help regulate: lower back and leg pain, sciatica, menstrual irregularities, fibroids and cysts, pelvic effusion and other gynecological issues, prostatitis, and other urogenital system problems.
[Lower Jiao 2] can help regulate: hemorrhoids, cold lower legs, varicose veins, tearing in the wind, thyroid issues, constipation, and back pain.
The above is what Mr. Shanshui shared. It is worth noting that this method alone cannot cure all the listed diseases, but it should be able to alleviate symptoms. Just like ear acupuncture, which is also holographic, it can resolve minor ailments instantly, but it may not necessarily solve major or chronic illnesses.
Before Mr. Shanshui's official sharing was released, a group administrator shared a simplified version of this method in the group, which received quite a bit of feedback—Anhe Siji Wan Lingli: Sharing the Sanjiao holographic chart with everyone; those who are fated will receive it. — Shared by Teacher Shanshui. The Sanjiao holographic system is powerful and addresses many diseases; one system can handle it all, saving time and effort.
Treat symptoms accordingly: if the Upper Jiao is ill, press the Upper Jiao. There are two methods: one is flat pushing along the finger gaps, and the other is Yin-Yang mutual pressing (one finger on the back of the hand, one on the palm). The Middle and Lower Jiao follow the same logic. For flat pushing: on the back of the hand, push from the wrist toward the fingers; on the palm, push from the fingers toward the wrist (this was stated backward here; please refer to the official video).
Everyone can try it out to see which Jiao you have issues with; if you do it diligently, you should have many gains to share.
Tingzi (Financial Quotient Mentor): Teacher, do we only push the back of the hand? Or push the back first and then the palm? Teacher, you are amazing. Just after pushing the back of my hand, my eyes felt so bright. One of my eyes was very uncomfortable before, and I was always prone to burping. Just now, my eyes felt very bright, and I felt like passing gas; my Qi flow might be unobstructed. This method is really great, so simple, it should be promoted. Gratitude! I'm so moved I could cry.
Xi: According to the X-shape theory, it can also correspond to the top and sole of the feet. It would be even better to do hands and feet together to form a large X-shape.
Tingzi (Financial Quotient Mentor): I pushed the back of my hand again today, and the symptoms of eye pain and dryness have both been alleviated. I also pushed the top of my feet. This Sanjiao pushing feels simple and useful; clearing the Sanjiao eliminates a hundred diseases. But I haven't pushed the palm yet because I always have Qi burping upward, so I pushed the back of the hand for a long time. I'll try pushing the palm to see.
Fu Chunmi: I am pressing the Middle Jiao right now, and I am burping while pressing. It is very painful at first, but you can start light and gradually increase the pressure.
Ruge: I just spent an hour and a half pushing the Middle Jiao on my left hand. The body's reaction was huge: constant burping, cold energy being expelled from my legs and the corners of my head, the skin on the back of my hand went from dry to moisturized, cold energy was expelled from the Shanzhong point, and after the cold was expelled, I started to feel hot, and finally, I gradually calmed down. My left chest and abdomen feel much lighter, and my eyes are much brighter.
Tingzi (Financial Quotient Mentor): My ears seem much better too. I don't know why, but I've had some tinnitus for the past two days, a buzzing sound in my ears. After pushing, my ears feel basically normal now.
Ruge: @Yueji @Yuexin, you can apply oil. However, I just pushed directly.
Miao: Thanks to Teacher Shanshui for sharing. I just pushed the Sanjiao and felt some abnormal depressions and protrusions. This location is simple and easy to operate. Easy to stick with.
Nalan: Pushing the Lower Jiao really makes my eyes feel comfortable and my feet feel warm, but my hands get a bit tired, so I can't push for too long. Grateful for the share!
Anhe Siji Wan Lingli: You can push the back of the hand or the palm first. @Xi, there are also corresponding Sanjiao points on the feet. With your wisdom, try it; you might get unexpected results.
Xi: I am working on it. I feel that if your fingertips get tired, you can switch to your knuckles, which is easier.
Zhou Chunping: I did the Sanjiao flat push on my left hand yesterday and today, and I feel the skin on my left hand is smoother.
Yun: May I ask how long you push? How many times?
Zhou Chunping: I push while walking, so I didn't count. It's no less than half an hour.
Yun: Thank you. Then I pushed too little; I only pushed 3 times.
Original shared screenshot (scroll up and down):
I also tried it after seeing this image in the group, mainly pushing the Middle Jiao area on my left hand. After about two minutes, I started burping and my stomach was gurgling, which shows it is really effective. As for how many times to push, I can only answer: if there is a painful point, push more and push often, until it is no longer painful; then the goal is achieved. Now, with the consent and support of Mr. Shanshui, I am releasing the official version above to everyone. I hope everyone benefits—don't forget to provide feedback after you see results to help more people!
